The weapons you get from Black Lion Chests can be used over and over, as many times you want. There should be a weapon that you can use once and use transmutation stones the next times you use it. The current three weapons you can get with candy corn only last for 4 hours…

My tip to solve the problem

Rare Halloween Weapons – Infinite uses (Drops from Black Lion Chests)

Uncommon Halloween Weapons – One use only.transmutation stone needed after first use (Drops from Black Lion Chests, Craftable)

Common Halloween Weapons – Last for 24 hours or One use only. cannot be used with transmutation stones (Bought with candy corn)

I don’t think they can. Would be the best to let them have multiplie uses IMO. There need to be something for all kinds of players..at the moment there only is Halloween weapons for the players that want to spend alot of money on gems and the three weapons you can buy with candy corn is only useable for 4 hours. When i played GW1 the Halloween events were better.

Or you know, you can get the quest items, like the backpiece you get for finding the 6 ghosts for act 1. We haven’t even seen what the rest of the acts offer… which are free may I add.
