You have to complete the zone-wide event to create two-way doors.

The thing is.. the zone-wide event is nowhere to be found.
And it says that the doors are open, but there are no doors…. and you can’t see them on the map like you’re supposed too
There are already a few threads about this. I’m pretty sure it’s a bug for some servers. =/
