Its shameful to say that 1 can ruin the fun of many, i read that people exploited so, my only question is, did they removed every personalized ToT? or only the ones in LA?

i remember i could get like 13 with the ones i discovered in LA and some in kessex, are they still available?

Only the ones in LA. You can still get them in Queensdale cemetary, etc

If you mean personalized trick or treat bags I’ve been getting them from giving the children in costumes some candy corn.

There were are a total of 32 ToT locations in Act 1: 16 in LA and 16 in other Krytan locations. You are still able to get the other 16 per character per day. Alternatively, you can trader candy corn to trick or treaters for more Perasonalized ToT bags.

Seems to me that getting them from the children would be the best way to get them. Or am I mistaken on that idea?

Yeah for about 1g you could get like 200+ PToT’s from the kids, considering the bags gave more candy so you could buy them again. Easiest way, and works instantly.

I assume you can’t get them in overflow maybe? Cause that was the exploit?

You can only get them from the diving board location in LA. All other locations in LA have been removed. As per the patch notes.

How much candy should be given to the kids? 10, 25, or 50? Does it matter?

I gave 50 candies and got 8 bags, that was the best deal. I would suggest to give 50 candies at the time, 10 only gives you 1 bag.
