Guild Wars 2

So, when the portal opened a large percentage of players just jumped right in during the excitement. Now we are all doomed to our solo instances and not able to party up. How do I fix this and why does this issue still exist after 2 months?

I entered it solo, then realized it really was meant for a group, exited, got invited into a group, and entered again and was with the other 4. I don’t know why that would have happened. Perhaps logging out and back in will fix it?
