How to get the Pumpkin Carving Title?

I did it all, 150 pumpkins, the type in Queensdale even admit that I’m a better pumpkin craver than he is, the bar is full, however I can’t choose the title.

talk to carving master in LA or on starter locations (in LA hes on main plaza)

What do you mean you cant choose the title? Like it wont let you click on it?

I see it in your list of titles in the drop down (it’s “Master Carver”). Can you not select it?
