I tried it quite a few times and I just can’t keep up with how quickly it moves.

Just gonna give up on getting the Halloween title I suppose.

Don’t worry, I’m too slow too – tried for hours and couldn’t get past the same spot with everyone else speeding ahead of me. But the achievement doesn’t count for the title! So there is that, at least.

If you talking about Emissary of the Mad King, then don’t worry about beating the Clock Tower since completing it doesn’t count to EotMK anyway.

Oh! I assumed it did! I couldn’t care less about it otherwise. Its about as much fun as running on a treadmill coated in butter (which I do not recommend)

Don’t worry, I don’t think the puzzle is included in the Emissary title. I’m also too uncoordinated to complete this puzzle! Haha It was all right to try it a few times but after that, just frustrating!

They should just make a massive header on the first page of the forums saying:

CLOCK TOWER DOES NOT COUNT TOWARDS THE TITLE

The hardest part is immediately after the part where you have to wait for the cogs, where there’s always a big zerg of people and lots of small obstacles for you to get stuck on. The trick I found to work wonders here is to keep running in a straight line and smash jump. That’ll get you over all the obstacles well ahead of the flock.

After that, you just need to learn the route. Never let go of your run key, and just aim with mouse and rely on airstrafing to correct your trajectory. Keep to the right at the last part (head for a narrow beam on your right instead of the bricks on your left), and you’ll have plenty of time. Keep trying!

There really should be a forum for the Clock Tower alone lol. I was pretty annoyed with the puzzle at first, but after toning down the lag I starting to get the hang of it, through I probably won’t waste a lot of time with it.

I know how to complete the puzzle. I know the route, I know where to jump, but I’m still too slow. Some people just can’t do it, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

I love the people who try and talk you INTO finding it fun.
