Guild Wars 2

I have a question about the Lunatic Inquistion. As a ghost, i should be able to beseech the mad king to command the villagers. However, every time i have looked at the skill, it says “unable to use this skill now”. Anyone know what it takes to activate it?

I didn’t try these skills, but someone used that on me once, though I instantly died afterward to 15k+ damage(leap attack) and a 2nd hit. I had 4 skills as a villager, didn’t had time to see what they were, but they looked like 7-0 of ghosts(skill icons).

You need to have a survivor targeted and be in range of them IIRC.

oh, i thought you had to be near the mad king or something.
