They’re soul bound even though they’re meant to be account bound!
Made them on my mule char and now I can’t open them with my main… but the text says “account” not “soul” bound.
And apparently Anet tested this thing before release?!
Sounds like a bug, but in the mean time, I’m 95% sure that the stuff that comes out of them is NOT soulbound, so you should be able to open them on your mule and drop them in the bank.
There are no bugs in GW2.
