The suspicious side of me is not surprised that it is mysteriously exempt.
I’ve seen many posts by people who experienced this issue, and zero posts from people who were able to use it. I’m guessing that means it’s pretty much universal.
I’m hoping the developers have noticed and will implement a fix soon.

I came here wondering if it was just me. Man, I have tons of these things and I want to use them.
The killstreak boosters not working is a bug that they’re working on, it’ll be patched soon.
