Guild Wars 2

The mad memories book from act 2 does not accept my exquisite ruby jewel.

I hear that it doesn’t accept any jewel with a level requirement, even though it has the same stats as my 80 back armor.

Intended?

Yeah, the first back item has the same problem … there’s no level for it so no upgrade can be applied.
