Hi all,

I thought some jokes were pretty funny but i haven’t seen them all.
Let’s post them here!

Mad king: Sylvari are certainly naïve. They’ll be-leaf everything you say.

Mad King: Why can’t you borrow money from a dwarf? Because they’re always a little short.

Mad King: What is the difference between a Norn and an Asura: 6 feet tall.

Mad King: What is a Norn’s favorite drink? The next one! They’re all drunk

Mad king: I hear the mortality for the Hylek is very high. They croak every night!

Mad King: What do you call a Sylvari that is round and green? Melon-y

Mad king: Recently one of my vassals said to me: “Your majesty, I can’t feel my legs” And i replied: Of course you can’t stubby, i cut of your arms! and i had.

They should have made the joke scene a event. If you didn’t laugh or something you got zapped, Act 4 just felt very anticlimactic to me.

Can’t remember the exact wording, but there was one like this:

“Someday, a charr told me everything he knew. It took him about ten seconds.”

The one about feeling your legs is actually kind of funny.

Written in print, most are ordinary bad jokes.

When the Mad King says them though it’s pretty funny, just because of his voice and delivery.

The Mad King still makes jokes at dwarves’ expense. So he’s still OK in my book despite ruining the fountain.

I really want that fountain back now. :/
