My candy powered matter meter disappeared

Tried that and she doesnt reset, just asks me how i am making out in the quest. Which i have already completed
I went to a location to search for personalized trick or treat bags and my candy powered matter meter was no longer in my inventory, i had used it at the previous location not minutes before. Is there anyway to get another on that toon?
