Guild Wars 2

Hello. So i completed Pumpkin carving yesterday and I noticed that even though i have Halloween Huntin’ and Trick or Treat acheivements also completed, it says that I only have 2 Halloween achievements. It also said that before I completed the Pumpkin carving achievement, so:

A) Does the Pumpkin carving achievement not count towards total halloween achievements?

or

B) Is this a bug that just I or everyone is having?

(also didn’t konw if this was a bug so didn’t want to post it in the bug section without knowing)

From what I’d read it didn’t count towards that achievement, only the title.
