Just wanted to give everyone a warning: Do not try to use the Ghastly Grinning Shield item in the Labyrinth Overflow. I did this and the item was consumed and did not apply to my shield. The item will be lost and Arena net will not replace it.

I would rather not see anyone else lose out on their skins when we have such limited time to get them now.

It’s not so much won’t as can’t, they literally do not have the engine tools to spawn in-game items beyond the normal drop system. Save your ticket then bother them again in a few months, maybe they’ll have them in by then.

Sadly I asked as much and was informed you can not leave a ticket open. Unless you are suggestion to simply reopen it, which I had not considered.

That is sad. I would find out if there is some sort of backlogs that can verify that it was in your inventory and that it was used rather than sold.
