I have no clue what to do at this “party” I got all the achievments but where is my present?

After you do mad king say’s (simon say’s with emote’s) look around the statue area for a treasure chest. It’s normally on the north side, hope this help’s.

And to add…

Make sure you have received a medal for the event (bronze, silver, or gold). If not, then you probably did not actually complete it. If so, and the achievement is still not there that you attended the party, log out and log back in. I had to do this, and then it showed I did it.
