If they fail to comply, they die, but are resurrected before the next command. At the end of the game he gives everyone a festival hat. The game lasts for approximately 30 minutes and includes jokes, commands, rock-paper-scissors games, and a Simon says-like game at the end.”

this is whats stated in the guild wars 1 wiki,and since the paranormal activity meter in LA is filling and is clear now that the lions statue is falling apart due to the energy,my guess is that the mad king will indeed appear in LA as the one of a kind event thats been told,gratz to the developers and the staff for an awesome avent till now
