So people on my server are all saying that you need 1000 Candy Corn to participate iont he the next event. I cant believe that because nothing was posted that says that. Alot of people havent saved that many so participation will be the suck. This isnt true is it?

Spreading false rumours should be met with a ban, as far as I’m concerned. It brings nothing of worth to the community beyond tricking new and/or naive players.

It took us more than 5 years to make people understand that all animal companions in GW1 are basically the same, with the exception of damage type an evolution stats.

People were absolutely sure this pet attacked faster, or this one dealt poison, or that one had more HP or armor and nonsense like that.

Sometimes people make up stuff and others end up beleiveing it to the point that will antagonize anyone trying to make them understand the truth.

It’s part of human nature.

They are probably just trying to drive up the price of candy corn.
