Guild Wars 2

So we already have one thread like this for the clock tower and for races and if speed boost was used or not. Now I want one for the Scavenger Hunt.

I did it with 5 chars:
Level 80 human engineer
Level 44 norn guardian
Level 21 asura elementalist
Level 5 sylvari ranger
Level 5 charr thief

First with my main. Did not want to do the others first but then changed my mind and did it with them all and even created the last 2 chars at the last empty slots to get it for them too.

Easy to get everywhere and solo except for the last one(site 5 in the guide and you get the 6th part of the book there). There is a champion but usually enough people there are killing it. If you have a higher level char you can help and also help clear the veterans and few mobs on the path. Traps are not that hard. You only need to be careful at the beginning 1 time then you can walk arount them all easily if mobs are killed. Usually enough players around.

Harder than part one. VII easy to get there. Needs help to do the event or a higher level char and log between each chars. From this part one I moved all my 4 other chars to next location and got the item and then moved them all to the next and so on. Earlier I just had played 1 char all the time and collected as much as I could.

VIII was the biggest problem because the rewpawn time of the ghosts seemed very fast. Needs a lot of players around or a group where you can stay close and go with.

X was easy. XI as well but needs a few players around to clear mobs nearby because you get aggro easy and from more far away mobs if lower level it seems. There were enough players usually.

IX I had a bit trouble to get there first until I figured out a good way around the mobs in the water. Then there is an event that needs high level players to clear it but safe area after event.

XII not that hard. You need to secure Fort Cadence if not meta event already cleard it to make it easier(I ran past everything with my main but really this is a trouble). Then running down the stairs and having some others around clearing ghosts. I switched a bit between my main and helped killing ghosts and if enough others seemed nearby I ran down quickly with my other chars.

Was fun getting there with low level chars and without a big guild and just the other players around there that were doing the quests too.

I did it with one character, once was enough.

3 chars on my ele/guard/necro all lvl 80.

Might do it later on 2 of my lvl 2 chars i think it would fit. I dont mind doing the lvl 60 area , but getting all the 12 places with 0 WP is a pain.

I’m impressed you managed it with the lower level characters. On my own end, I completed both portions with my level 80 Thief (effortless), and my level 50 Ranger (not that hard, but I was underleveled for the two southern portions and had never been there on that character so it took a lot of running).

I was lucky enough to clear the first stage with my level 20 Ele, but the enemies in Gendaran could one-shot her, so I had to avoid every one of them and count on the kindness of strangers if I died. I managed it with only a couple of deaths though. I can’t imagine pulling her through to Sparkfly though. I really wish these were account-bound though, so I could trade them to low level characters. If I’d known that there would be Halloween events that would practically require level 40-50 characters I would have spent some more time powering them up over the last few weeks (and also starting a Necro).

I would have done it more but after seeing the act 2 reward had the exact same stats as the green item i was already wearing it seemed kinda pointless.
