I was kicked out when attempted to get into instance, cant log in again…. I don’t want to miss the event!!

Went in, got seperated from my party, so I left. Now I can’t get in again at all.

Epic.

Entered alone, left to enter again and group up with my party but no one could get back in to the instance

I’m in and had no crash or problems whatsoever….

I was in an Overflow and server crashed.Nice, waiting 45 minutes at LA.Should of watched some NFL instead.Embarrassing.

Yeah, good job Arena Net. For creating one time event that you can’t event see, because i just can’t log into game. Oh, you also made it an achievement yeah, keep up the good work

The dungeon is a 2 person dungeon, you could see that when you enter it says “recommended 2 players”

I’ve got the same problem.

I may be good at this game (although I probably aren’t) but even I can’t defeat over 20 tightly packed level 80 mobs and then the Mad King himself .. presumably a level 80 champion .. by myself. Still managed to run up a nice repair bill. I await the next build.

Didn’t crash, but it wouldn’t let me into the dungeon (click join and nothing happens), so I decided to relog, and now I can’t log back in…

I hope this thing lasts at least an hour, I don’t want to miss anything out because of a server overload.

another event which forces you to form a party of 5 without giving you a choice.

To be fair this event has been so much more than you’d expect to see in pay monthly MMO’s so give ‘em a break they’re giving us good content to digest when it works

I’m here because my girlfriend went to get food so I’m waiting for her to get back to start it lol

It said 5 player to me,no one could party up, got a server error message and that was it.
Error on login screen now.

No crash, but nothing epic, and like a lot of people, can’t run the dungeon because my party can’t enter in the dungeon or end up in a different instance.

Really disappointed. You try to be a part of something exciting and you just get booted off the server and can’t get back in.

Sure, can do it later etc but the point is they shouldn’t hype up these kind of “one time only” events if they can’t pull them off.

Just completed this with three people, no deaths what so ever. Could easily be done by two if not by yourself.

Didn’t experience any server crashes or anything like that, but don’t complain about the dungeon itself please.

Done the mad king instance, worked perfect the first time. VERY fun, decent rewards.

My entire system crashed while fighting stuff in there. Though that’s the fourth crash for me today – entire game seems unstable after last patch for me.

Its not possible solo, and our group cannot enter, its bugged out.

Nice event. Srsly solo corpserun is sooooo fun.

Well at least some players are enjoying it.

This is very disapointing – but then again not unexpected.

1. Asking everyone to be online at exactly the same minute = ridiculus server load.
2. Even the tiniest error (let alone the fatal bug mentioned above) can ruin the grand event – and lead to a tedium of trying to log in again (probably finding the same bug again).

You guys are not missing much tbh.

In original GW, the Mad King’s appearance was great fun; I stupidly expected a bit of the same here. I don’t know why the devs made a day and night change from silly fun to instant death, but it pretty much ruined the whole event for me. It was the exact opposite of what I expected it to be.

Oh well looks like i should not expect much. Got inside alone died few times, left and now cant log back in. :/

My bf can’t log in either after he crashed. He keeps getting errors and for me it gave an error too when i tried it on my own account but after a long wait it suddenly let me in. He’s still having no luck tho….

Ours worked fine. We finished the entire dungeon sequence. but it was a fun run, we dont actually kill the boss tho. Eveyrone boosted to level 80 and it was so easy. Hope the finale fight will be much harder

The stupid overflow system is preventing groups from doing this. I always thought that it was a bad system, now it’s glitching most players. Like I have a choice to select what copy of Lion’s Arch that I want to go to…

Then when I finally get into the mad king event..the waypoint doesn’t work for me….ugh that was just great

Really nice job Anet, whoever tough a dam instance 1 time event on this game with this overflow system was a good idea for this sure does deserve a bonus…..

I really hope you currect this and do the event again because you sure are trying to screw up this entire event from start to finish.

when trying to join the instance

On Overflow server (SoR home server). L80 Engineer joined a party (5 of us) for Mad King. When I tried to join in the game, the client crashed.

Error code 19:9:18:1614:101

This happened 2 times in a row. I have been able to enter the event solo, although I was unable to complete it.
