So after the update today / start of phase 4 we will no longer be able to enter Ascent to Madness and kill the Mad King ?

No. The dungeon became unavailable at the start of the fourth Act. The fourth Act has the Mad King entering Lion’s Arch, so it would be odd if it was still available and you kill him but he’s just outside playing with the citizens, haha.

So no more Mad King mini-dungeon ?
