this is what i think, once u enter the clock tower, give ppl the same tonic, so all can have the same apparece and this will stop the complain that " I can’t see my toon cause there are too many Norn and Chars that block my view", they should also give a skill that will give u a speed boost for a a couple of seconds, and it could recharge each time u start the puzzle, that could help those who are complaining about the green fog to be too fast

I don’t think it’d be less confusing to have everyone look exactly the same.

Giving everyone the same appearance would only make it worse. They don’t have trouble seeing where they are, but they will have trouble seeing WHO they are.

u can move ur toon, to see who you are…..is not like every1 is going to move like u, and most of the problem is in the first part where u have to w8, that is where most complain come from, cause they can’t see where they should jump, taking out the diference in weight and stuff like that it would be easier, and most of the time about 2 person make it to the end, so i don’t think it would be that confusing
