I can’t seem to learn this recipe for Leatherworking.

I’ve found 2 sources for the ingredients to learn it and tried both.

• 200 Pieces of Candy Corn
• 1 Onyx Lodestone
• 1 Orichalcum Ingot
• 25 Chattering Skulls or 25 Nougat Centers

I’ve tried both in the Mystic Forge and in Discovery and neither one worked. On the same subject, I can’t get the recipe for Major Rune of the Mad King either. Got the Minor version without issue.

Both major and superior come from recipes you learn (as in double click the inventory item). I got both of those recipes from normal trick or treat bags.
