Surprising bonus to the Endless Halloween Tonic
As a mesmer that’s awesome! However it doesn’t sounds intended…
Expect this to change.
Until then, ride like the wind bullseye!
I don’t really see any reason to change that. It’s not game breaking or anything. I think normal tonics have this effect too, but with EHT you can use it as your permament swiftness generator. Changing it would suck.

Err… Unlimited swiftness without traiting for it, and you think they dont have a reason to change that?
It’s an effect of any tonic. The Endless Mystery Tonics probably do that too and they weren’t changed so far.
I think it’s a nice bonus that suits the rarity of this item.
normal tonics won’t let you perma swiftness because they won’t last forever.
Endless tonic in its current form will grant player uneven advantage over other players especially in wvw, and this would change especially when you proudly announce its effect in the forum.
it’s as simple as that.
Actually what happens is something else.
The swiftness bonus only works with 6 runes of the centaur. The untrasforming gets you a small heal which gets you swiftness from the 6th rune bonus. The bonus is not quite as good as I thought before.

Traits and item effects which trigger on healing actually trigger when you use your 6th skill slot. Engineers for example can hypothetically trigger on healing effects every second by re-equipping their med kit if there was no cooldown on such effects.
It’s not like using tonics heal you, untransforming happens to be on your 6th, heal skill, slot.

If that’s the case, use the Mender’s Purity trait to remove a condition every time you “heal.” Then enjoy being a condition-free chair.
Game broken yet?
-Look, look with your special eyes!
-My Dragonbrand!
um i wouldnt use that too much… sounds too much like exploitation.
