I want to say big thanx for this feature! Great job Anet, i hope it stays in game permanently and you will introduce more achievements and more possibilities connected this awesome minigame.

Its not just for Brawling around in LA and Mists! We also Brawl when we are waiting infront of the dung for last player to come etc. its rlly a nice thing to do when you are waiting for someone or just want a brief break from what youre doing.

But I got one concern, I bought the Witch costume, but if i now buy Mad King Costume or the Pirate one, it will be another 5 inventory slots, could you please make in storage tab for costumes? So it doesn’t spam whole inventory if you want more than one costume? Or you could make it like in GW1 where once you unlocked the costume you could always talk to a NPC who would make it for you. Please consider this, otherwise its quite discouraging people from buying more than one costume.

As simple as this feature is, i love it, great way to relax with a bunch of randoms in Lion’s Arch. Hope we get new toys and even more creatures to transform into.

It was the first thing I tried, and I found myself playing it for a while. It’s a great change from the game itself, it’s fun and not really competitive against others. It’s almost a pvp friendly game.

Though it is a nice feature[costume storage] i doubt they would implement it. If you get bigger bags its not much of an issue. Plus extra bag slots are a money maker for them. So think of it this way: If you spend gems on a bag slot you can have costume storage space, just dedicate a 15 slot bag for 3 costumes.

I completely agree with Bartho. If you are planning on doing this, Anet, please announce it before the event is over so that we can grab up that last costume.

I tried joining in tonight but I guess I just don’t ‘get it’.

For example, ANet’s ‘Costume Brawl For All!’ posting contains this information:

“The Mad King’s costume available in the Gem Store allows you to summon a Ghostly Banquet Table and anyone eating from it joins the brawl as a Pumpkin Food Fighter.”

So I saw quite a few of these tables spawning, went up to them and pressed ‘F’ at the ‘interact’ prompt. I’m then informed that I’m taking part in a costume brawl or food fight, but my skill bar didn’t change and neither did my appearance. Should something happen? I got knocked down a few times but could see no means of actually participating. In the UI area where conditions and boons are displayed, there was a blue icon inorming me that I’d hit four people. Had I? I honestly have no idea. I wasn’t the only person there feeling confused, quite a few other people as well as myself were asking for advice in the chat channel but unfortunately receiving none.

I just don’t know whether I was ‘doing it wrong’ or if this is buggy behaviour. Any advice?

when you F on table from Mad King, you join food fight, nothink change for me with skill bar, but I throw somethings and score on killing players, so here is maybe bug with skin, but skills working, with Witch pot, you transform in random creature and can fight brawl normaly
