Guild Wars 2

I won’t be able to play this one time event thing, but will it have anything to do with getting the title “Emissary of the Mad King”? Or is the “Attend the Party” achievement at another stage?

P.S. How do I get the “Halloween Events Completed” achievement?

I think Anet has stated that this event has nothing to do with the EotMK, but I not 100% sure. As for the Halloween Events achievement, just go to either the maze and do the door events, or go to the Kryta region areas and see if the events that are meant to open up the ways to the Mad Realm are active.
