Guild Wars 2

So I noticed this strange statue thing with a pumpkin adornment on the head in the graveyard near book 3. Trying to get close to it results in you getting pushed back by some unseen force unless you abuse teleport. Asking the map chat yields no results. Can anyone shed some light as to what this is?

I was wondering the same, after faceplanting twice on it, I decided it was better to leave it alone.
