Which maps have Hallowe'en events?
sounds like a decent Idea Skinner
Gendarran where?
kessex hills has gates, corn mines and very few pupkings to carve.
pretty much everywhere I’ve seen has the Candy Corn Nodes
I was asking the door , for huntin’achievement
Ran around gendarran for an hour, haven’t found a single door. Are they suppose to be this rare?
supposedly the door is right outside LA
I found a trick or treat door in Queensdale in the giant tree grove. Just an FYI if you haven’t seen one of these yet… they are not permanent. They spawn, stay up a couple of minutes, then despawn.

My guess is that all the Halloween events will probably be located within KRYTA. So that would entail Queensdale, Kessex Hills, Gendarran Fields and possibly Hinthari Hinterlands. There is also the small chance of events appearing in the old Ascalonian areas, but that’s all guesses.
I say this because the Mad King was a Krytan King and humans were the one to celebrate it, so in accordance to that, especially as it seems to be delving into his lore, it would probably take place in these areas.
I can confirm though that there is stuff in LA, Kessex, Queens and Gendarran.
Good to know it isn’t just Gendarran (although I needed the extra copper ore). Anyone seen the new skritt event (is it even a halloween event)?
I fully expect xmas to involve hanging ornaments off of sylvari and chopping down candy canes now.
The skritt burglar (as far as I know) is permanent. From what I read, he springs from chests you open in-game.
Fox is correct. The spectral activity is building in Lion’s Arch and spreading through the Kryta region (Gendarren Fields, Kessex Hills, and Queensdale).
And yes the skritt burglar is a permenant thing.
^ but not bloodtide coasts or harathi hinterlands?
Spreading? Does that mean it will overtake more of the world as the week goes on? O.o

Perhaps it has less to do with the region, and more with the people living there?
Then what about the ShiverPeaks? DR? It has >people< living in there. Why doesn’t a very large castle have Halloween decorations?

What, are Lion’s Arch, Queensdale, Kessex Hills, Gendarran Fields, and World vs. World (Borderlands for sure, didn’t check Eternal Battlegrounds) not enough decoration for you? Do you realize that people actually have to put in the time and effort to make this happen for you? I think it’s unrealistic to make them redesign the whole game.
Divinity’s Reach is a relatively new area, anyway. Shaemoor itself was kind of a hamlet even in GW1 times, and the Mad King lived and died long before that. Lion’s Arch and the surrounding areas were his stomping grounds, so that’s where his influence is strongest. As for WvW, it takes place in the Mists, so that one’s kind of expected.

I’m expecting Shiverpeaks to have wintersday events in a few months.

It’s a cultural thing.
