in a story sense I’d be disappointed with everything being identical (plus having done all the ghosts, pumpkins etc)

Other than maybe new attainable items from the clock tower I wonder what they could/would do differently for next year

I would love it if they did both. Maybe for the lore stuff like the scavenger hunt and books they can change it to something new and give new rewards. I would like them to keep some things like the clock tower (maybe add another jumping puzzle to accompany it). Possibly add or keep the existing minigames, and maybe upgrade/keep the labyrinth. I would like to see pumpkin carving stay for those that need the achievement but also add something else similar to it for everyone else (like maybe trick or treat random doors throughout tyria for a title…not the haunted doors, but actual doors to existing buildings).

I can’t imagine it being the same next year, a lot of the story for this year was about the Mad King being MIA for 250 years and they can’t really do that again unless everyone in the game suddenly suffers from amnesia.

What they need to make for future events is…make the skins account/soulbound except the ones you actually craft and the BLC ones.

Other than that, the event was pretty decent.

I think they’ll keep the minigames and the majority of the content but I’m hoping the focus isn’t the story. Can involve the mad king but shouldn’t be the same series of events. No reason not to reuse the stuff they already have though.

I can see it all being repeated accept the Lion in Lion’s arch part. Since he has reappeared after 250 years maybe there is enough energy to manifest once a year.

As we have seen the Durmond Priory has figured out to “channel” and contain the energy. Who says they couldn’t create a gateway to the tower, labyrinth, Mad King himself still. It would just take all year to get that amount of energy.

Or it could be something entirely new for GW2.
