Will only level 80s get to see the "big Halloween stuff"?
….I saw something about new dungeons in the previews, but not sure if they are just instances or jumping puzzles or what. Or what levels anything is intended or.

was said by some devs that all Halloween content is available to players of any level i’m pretty sure.
Another post by a dev mentioned that all levels will have some content, so fun for all!
i dev did said to remember that they can scale people up for certain content
Mmmmm… don’t remember the scale ‘up’ comment, thought it was just a scale downward, even for the event. Could be wrong on that… where’s the notes?
in another thread.. lvls will be scaled as needed…

The bit about dungeons, it’s all open world stuff.
Similar to the dungeon (the Font of Rand i think it’s called) that opens up after you push the flame legion back in the Diessa Plateau?
