I spent about 20 bucks on keys and didn’t manage to get a skin. Yes I was disappointed. No, I don’t think A-net owes me a skin or a refund. I knew the risks

Personally I wouldn’t mind seeing the drop rate upped a little or having them moved to the Gem store. But that is all besides the point.

My question is this: Will these same exact skins be back next Halloween? or is this it? It would be nice knowing there is another shot at em.

My guess is that there will be a new batch of skins next year adding to the rarity of the current ones. Then when you have one of the rare ones several years down the road people will be amazed you have one

If taking gw1 as a example, the vanity items in each event arent reused so I would say that theres a good chance it wont come back, the recipe ones however will probably still be there tho
