does clock tower achievement count for mad king title?
I think you may be able to miss it as long as you’ve traveled to the tower once. Since there are six achievements, missing one should be fine since the Emissary of the Mad King is 5 Halloween achievements completed.

Clock Tower and Pumpkin carver DO NOT count towards the Emissary of the Mad King title.
You do NOT need to them if you’re just after the title.

I have a question related to this. Since you only need 5 Halloween achievements to get the title, is the attend the party achievement for showing up to the one time event in 3 hours or something else?
