um no you’re way off. It’s 3:00 PM EST. Doesn’t matter what time zone your in, you could be in gwadaumpalumpaland and it would still be off by a few hours.
Maybe he lives in a timezone where 7pm GMT is 12pm? :P Well I know it is for me (PST), but 12pm is Noon, not Midnight. We can tell you the exact time for you if you let us know your time zone.
