Guild Wars 2

I have a lvl 26 midget Elementalist.

Where should I go to see the Halloween Content? Is there a specific place to start it, or do I need to talk to a certain NPC first, or read a note in my e-mail to start it. No idea how it works?

Go to LA and you’ll see an event. Then just go talk to the NPC there to get started. It’s a small Asuran with a pumpkin over her head.

If you read here, it tells you that it takes place in LA as well.
