I am looking for the best race in terms of General Fit for a human Character. I plan to join the Priory due to the RP idea of my human and Sylvari meeting through there.

Any help on this?

The wonderful thing about humans is that every profession makes perfect sense. Noble story line + Warrior/Guardian,Thief+ Street rat, and commoner+Ranger make the most sense to me, however.

Hmm noble+mesmer I think fits the human perfectly not to mention Lyssa as patron.

I am thinking of Mesmer with Hopefully Scepter/Sword or Great Sword

I get some use out of prayer of dwayna on my elementalist in my specific build. Hounds of balthazar is also pretty nice on classes with weak elites (example: guardians, engineers in certain builds)

I am currently trying a human noble mesmer wielding a sword/Focus combination. Seems like it works for the most part, but could use advice.

Humans are polyvalent; I don’t think there’s a profession that fits them better or worse than others.

Guardian, that way you can scream “Retreat!” just like Logan. That and the cultural armor for human Guardian actually looks pretty decent.

Well I plan on using the Priory armor and weapons so the looks do not matter to me.

Make an ele, honestly, I think eles only look well when they’re human, and the t3 cultural armour looks awesome.

The beautiful thing about humans is that every class works, particularly because of the Six Gods and their connections to certain classes.

For the Priory? Scholars are a natural fit, as are Engineers. Guardians have magic so it can fit, and I can see both rangers and thieves as artifact hunters. Warriors might be the odd class out, but really there’s no reason even a warrior can’t work for the Priory (I believe many of the Priory Explorers are warriors).

Well there is some interesting lore with humans. You could go Human thief. The Assassin, a profession from GW1 came out of cantha. They revered priests of grenth but worshiped Lyssa herself for her duality.
