Guild Wars 2

My wife is looking into playing this game and wanted to make a character. She is really set on making a Norn, and wanted to play with me. But i already have a Norn, so i wanted to make a race i don’t have yet, and that is Human.

So what is the fastest/easiest way for a Human to get to the Norn starting area? That way i can still play a Human but be able to level up with my Wife.

Go to the spvp heart of the mists ‘crossed swords’ icon in upper left hand corner.

There, you’ll find a portal to Lion’s arch. Use Lion’s arch great portal hub waypoint’s portal system to get to Hoelbrak.

quick and easy, no fuss no muss just some loading times.

Alternately, enter Divinity’s Reach, and take the Asura Gate in the palace to Lion’s Arch – it puts you in the same gate hub as the other racial capitals (the Mists gate takes you to LA’s southern gate hub, for PvP locations).

The mists route might be SLIGHTLY shorter, because I think that – even with its twists and turns – the path between LA’s two gate hubs is a bit shorter than the trip from entering Divinity’s Reach to its palace gate.

Easy, go to the top of the central area in Divinity’s Reach to purple portal that goes to Lion’s Arch, and from there take the other purple portal to Norn Area.
