Help, I am a noob but I want to make a human-female-mesmar with this exact tattoo or something similar; however, humans can not have tattoos? I am very confused… I looked at the norn character creation and noticed females can not be as skinny as the girl in the picture, and also, they can not start out with this tattoo.
