There is a low level country gear, not really poor looking but pretty bland and with right dyes could work.
The Country gear, using browns and tans it looks like poor village stuff. It isn’t rags but it definitly simple for the lower end folk. I was going to use it all but won’t use the chest piece until the fix it because if your a female it glitches out your breasts, when you run, the top of them detaches creating this ugly harshline and being I love taking random screenshots sometimes in motion makes them terrible. They also make them look even bigger…. WHICH they don’t need that to begin with! What is with these games making breasts change size depending on my gear?! Aion has this same issue, first im a C cup then an H cup! -_-
Heritage armor is somewhat plain looking, of course you can only get them if you played gw1..

I always pick the body type with the biggest bust size and quite frankly there is no H cup. D/E maybe, but certainly not H. Now, if this was Norn forum…
The one outfit that most prominently showcases a cleavage and makes an impression of “big bewbs” is Wizard’s coat (T3 light). I also get the same “big bewbs” impression from Stalwart Coat (personal story reward, medium) and Linen Garment (personal story reward, light, I believe it’s Student Coat or Country Coat).
I compared them by going to character selection screen, rotate them 90 degrees, and select the different characters while focusing on the torso they all are of the same size (all 3 characters have the same body type). Yes, I have that much curiosity. No, I’m not the nerd in the basement your jock buddy always joked about
