I’ve suggested something like this before, regarding male characters in this game and what I’m really lacking to see is the choice between long hairstyles…

I believe that male Humans really need a better choice of long hairstyles…I am tired of hairstyles which make the forehead too short, hardly a few centimetres above eyebrows…and I am tired of seeing shoulder-length hairstyles…plus I don’t like how the ears are sticking out and we can’t even adjust the size of ears.
Having hair which is over shoulder length…reaching waist or over waist would really make our characters unique…and it is something I miss in every game I played…
For a guy I have a really long hair and I would love/appreciate if my character could have the same. I don’t care about clipping, to be honest…female Norn really have a huge variety of long hairstyles and I didn’t find the clipping on them critical at all…

I soo totally agree with this! I find it rather sad how we get such a poor choice of longer hairstyles for male characters in this game…even for Norn…
I am not satisfied even of the hairstyle I chose for my main, for it is far from being something I like, it’s just (To my eyes /personal opinion only/) the “less worse” according to my standards, for YES I want my main to have very long hair.
I find it rather annoying how there is such a rich choice of short hairstyles, seriously giving EVERY possible shape of it, while we have just 2 max, longer hairstyles and still not something I would define long, to be honest…just longer than the average.
Honetly, I would really love to have an hairstyle model as the one showed in these pictures, for it would certainly make my character the way I want him to be! I find long hair epic, I know probably many people do not agree with this, but still I know there are many other people that would love to see more options for long hair for males.
Right now, I’m so not satisfied with my character’s hair that most of the time I rather show helmet and cover it totally…and it’s not because I love the look the helmet has…
Besides, I too agree on forehead and ears points! They do not seem at all “balanced”…I think we should have the chance to customize these as well…After all, Sylvari, Asura and Charr have ears size and shape customizable, I believe it wouldn’t be so hard to implement this option for Humans and even Norn as well!
+1 to this all the way! Hope ANet will consider this, for I would pay for kits to give all of my characters a proper hairstyle!

I agree, though more specifically, long curly hair, there’s only an afro, all the others are wavy. Long hair in general is needed, especially with pony tails and such.
Though, there’s needs to be more shoulder length hair too, since there’s only 1 style that’s actually shoulder length, and it’s the one logan has, the other 3 are a bit longer than shoulder length, but not by much.

P.S. If the pics are anything to go off Blur, you have good taste in music. =P
