Guild Wars 2

Thanks to this cheap tactic to make this event difficult, a timer is put in place that instantly kills you if you take too long. This naturally forces you to go full berserker or suffer the wrath of the timer.
As a condition ranger, i was on the last opponent on the 6th or 7th challenge, and the floor dropped out from under me with the last opponent at 5% health. You are basically forced down the path of very limited builds to even succeed. So much for being able to play as you want right? Anet, do you even consider these things when you make these events, or are you only catering to the people who run nothing but berserker gear? With my favorite builds, it is literally impossible to complete these events before the timer just flat out kills me. I feel sorry for the people who like playing tanky or support-centric builds.

The time limit is to prevent people from stalling the arena. Otherwise griefers would block them forever.

You need one strategy and type of Trait for each boss. Is intended.

I play actually with Elementalist, Ranger, Warrior and Guardian. I’m pretty sure that i can beat any of the bosses with any of these professions. Just ned to reorganize my skills to each boss.

Now let me tell you why this is bull kitten…. I’ve done all of these (minus Liadra shadow kitten because she’s pounding me before 2min even pops up) and I’m in FULL MAGI GEAR minus my amulet which is clerics, my trait set up is 0/30/10/0/30, my sigils are water, and my runes are mercy, I’m a ranger whose running a fern hound and a white raven with vipers nest, QZ, Sig of Wild, and Rampage as one.

If I can clear this kitten within 2 minutes you sure as hell should be able to, infact, I’ve done so poorly on some of them (kittening sniper) that I had to clear about 50% of their health from downed state by using throw dirt and my daze because if I sent my pet in I’d die.
