Anyone have an effective Elementalist build that can beat Liadri?

I don’t know the exact build layout, but I know my Ele buddy used Fresh Air, Zephyr’s Focus and Renewing Stamina along with Sigils of Battle and Energy. S/D. Basically used the burst potential of Air switching while staying on the move.
