I bought so much tickets and now i heard that there was a bug in the first hour where you could create new character and send the tickets to another character. Much people abused it and DIDNT HAVE TO pay the tickets back and anet is doing nothing about it.

I have bought my tickets for much gold now and farmed them for hours….

I’m so extremely dissapointed from this new content.

(you need so much tokens because the content is not skill based. its RNG based. thats why you need so much tokens to get all achviements…. its not fair that i have to pay much gold and some people just abused a bug and get away like so often)

People that fail think it’s RNG, people that succeed don’t. Interesting.

try the hard achivements like endboss 8 crystals or tier3 with 5 gambits and if you tell me that you dont need good luck then i will believe you!

once the patch went live i took my tokens from every character and put them all onto one. Using what i had i could get to the last boss (about 25-30). but even with that, i have spent twice as much time farming tickets than actually using them. Unless people did it over and over again to get hundreds its not really a big deal.

It does not take a great deal of time to farm them and very little money (20s per 5 i think). Farming the events will give you much more money than what you need to buy them, so not really a big deal

There is definitely an element of luck to it, but its 90% skill. i have died to the end boss countless times and almost every single time, its been my own mistake, not RNG.

Of course there’s an element of luck to it. Everything has an element of luck to it. Even MJ’s Bulls have lost games.

However, this doesn’t change the fact that luck will eventually reward those who were better prepared or better skilled. You think MJ’s Bulls won 72 games based on “luck?” No. They were sufficiently talented, which is why they won MOST of the time.

endboss normal mode is easy. i mean hardmode like 8 crystal achivement or tier3 with 5 gambits. another funny one is the dog achivement without letting him eat any meat!!! the boss throws meat directly to the dog and you CANT get it. people saying this content is skillbased obviously haven’t tried any hardmode

1 more thing is that activating gambits cost extra tokens. so if you trying the hardmodes you have to pay even more

Or you could, I don’t know, hit the mobs in the rest of the arena. They drop tickets, for free ~le gasp~

i farmed them for hours and could easily beat the normal mode with them. but for activating the gambits and doing the hardmodes you need MUCH MUCH more. and its not fair that some people dont have to pay for them because they just abused another bug.

i dont think that arenanet wants you to watch out for bugs to beat the content.
but if they dont punish bug abuser, more and more people will abuse bugs.
