I have the three stones, I’ve completed all of Emissary Vorpp’s Field Assistant achv’s yet I still can’t get into the pavilion…

You need to complete Scarlet’s Playhouse to get back into the pavilion. Talk to Vorpp, have him open the portal, go in and do the dungeon.

Its soloable, even though it says it recommends a full group.
