I’m having problems getting this achievement. How I understand it is that I have to talk to a representative of Lions Arch and say I will represent him, then find a balloon tower then escort an emissary to the tower.
I’ve tried going to the Gendarran Fields, the one near BroadHollow Waypoint is bugged (you can’t fight the champion) so I tried going to Winter Haven. I escort the emissary but nothing happens. I’ve also tried going back to the Lions Arch representative and asking him again, still nothing.
After talking to him or her, cant remember in the pavillion continue to kill mobs in the pavillion. Easiest way.
The only way I got any credit for that one was by fighting in the pavillion while representing Lion’s Arch.
You don’t get any credit for it doing any balloon events as far as I could tell. (and I had to do almost all of them, since it didn’t give me credit for the first several towers I climbed.)
