I am curious if the loot table includes items from retired sources such Azurite and Azurite orbs.

True, by the end of the year. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Azurite and Quarts from bosses though.

They’re pointless how? You need the stuff to craft Sentinel armor, and that stuff’s been getting expensive. Are stats on it useful? That’s debatable, but there are probably people out there that would like to have it.

I don’t see how vitality/power/toughness could be of any use! Azurite is clearly pointless. j/k

I want it, I have my weapons and trinkets all Sentinel and Soldier armor because Sentinel armor is about 25 gold a piece, I’ve been waiting for it to drop because I’m sure it will.

Even in WvW full PVT is only good for blobbing. And for baddies.

So it has its use. Is this what you were trying to say because that’s what I was trying to imply with my question you qouted.

And if it didnt have a use, it would not cost what it costs.

As far as I know, molten drops won’t return (source: a Colin interview)

Sheesh I didn’t plan to start a war or anything…
Azurite is all nice and dandy but only usable for trinkets. The sentinel armor and weapons had insignia and inscriptions drop as loot.

So that said I think they’re pretty pointless considering the rarity and the fact that exotic trinkets are rapidly losing ground to ascended.
