This is complete bullkitten. Having the Queens Gambit bosses refuse to attack my pet means I can only play ways I don’t normally play. It’s specifically saying that my spec isn’t correct, in a game that is supposed to be about any spec being able to succeed. You are making this game less and less enjoyable to play with this garbage.

I’ve currently completed every achievement in the gauntlet on my ranger (Except Light up the Darkness) Using my 30/30/0/10/0 build with a GS main, SB offhand.

I downed on a few of them, but the pet rally got me up almost every time.

Sure, they don’t attack your pet, but if you can burn them down/kite them/know the mechanics, they’re not that bad on a ranger.

I only had to change my build for Liadri and Strugar and Chomp’s achievement.

I may have used one of the two builds I made for them for the T3 gambit achieves, but otherwise I really didn’t have much difficulty on most of the bosses, spare Liadri of course.

I’ve only gotten up to Salzan so far but all of them have attacked my pet.

Sometimes it’s hard to get them to focus entirely on the pet, because you can’t get that far away and need to keep dealing damage yourself to beat the timer, but the stealth on the longbow usually does the trick.

After did it I think that rangers is one of the classes that can kill her easier. The SB gives you all you need.

Ranger is definitely not the one of the best classes to do it with. The utility skills are all useless except for quickening zephyr. Losing your pet is just too frustrating.

We can’t fear the clones or block attacks, all the pets skills are useless, same for spirits, our condition removal has a 60 second cool down and the only real elite we can use is Rampage as one, which by the way is also pet based. Entangle just isn’t really helpful in this fight imo.

Are you sure about that? To me says that the game was designed to be easy for any build, regardless of tactics or mechanics, which is obviously wrong. From what i understood about what was said by the developers is that any class is able to succeed in multiple roles in a group, not that any build will succeed in any environment.

If i was you, i would learn about all the skills and mechanics available to the ranger and change your skills to suit the environment. As your pet isn’t helping much then focus on other forms of damage and/or survivability.

PS To clarify I have done all but last running 20/30/20/0/0 with LB/A&H, Zerker with spike & frost trap with wild sig.
