This has happened on 2 characters now – i’d even thought i might have merched them by mistake, but nope, they’re gone.
Don’t even show up in the wallet.

They should be in craft item storage.

Did you click deposit all collectibles? There is a spot in the collectibles of the bank for them.

They’re crafting mats. So they go in the collectibles tab of your bank.
