There’s a tricky spot where some of those pirates appear to be spawning under ground. They’re pirates after all so they don’t play by the rules. But I’ve got just the thing for them, we’ll get it fixed.
It’s bugged.
An Error Prevented Saving:
Message Body length must at least be 15.

I’ve noticed that the Aetherblade NPCs are sometimes rather scattered about, so you may need to look around for a few stragglers that have yet to be killed.

This is a classic-Prirates from an AIR-ship spawning underground. Glad Ellen Kiel is on the job to look into the Thaumanova incident because of the high level of chaos-effects that are at work here.
