I noticed that I now have 200 gold account wide but I still haven’t unlock the achievement. Are players who accumulated 200 gold after this patch no longer able to attain this achievement Anet?

Haven’t seen the new patch yet (at work), so I don’t know if your bank money still exists or not. But the achievement is for depositing 200g into your bank, not having it on you.

You can no longer deposit in bank so the achievement will have to be altered.

It’s already altered. You need have this money in your wallet

This has been answered in other posts. Dev reported that this achievement is still possible as money is now automatically “deposited” when it goes into the wallet.
