Is there a way to see a list of what towers have been visited, and then see a list all balloon towers in the game?

I started playing right as QJ patch launched a couple weeks ago. I have a 72 guardian now and am trying to get the 30 balloons, but I cannot figure out what ones I have missed. Several times I have seen a balloon tower with a closed chest on the top, did an event to open the gate, and then suddenly the chest graphic is open and I cannot revisit it. I wouldn’t have wasted the time if the chest appeared open already!

So I am at 25/30 balloons, hit all the ones I can find, and now cannot even find an area on my map that would go into a zone I have not visited. I am sure they are there, but haven’t explored enough apparently.

You missed the ones where the chest is notopen. The chest will only show open once the gate is open as this spawns the real chest. Yes, this is another of the tons of small bugs in this update.

Yes, but how do I know where they are? There are 2 per zone, and since I am at 25 I missed one in a zone somewhere, but I do not want to have to wander through 13 different zones to find the one I missed.

And, even if i did find it, I need 2 more zones worth of towers, and don’t know what ones I need!

I kept a list going while I was doing it. Unfortunately it seems the only other way is to wander around every area’s balloons until you find 5 you haven’t done.
Just remember they’re in every map except Orr and Southsun.

Unfortunatly you wont be able to tell if the chest is open or not, just by looking from outside. If viewed from outside, the chest on top will always look closed, until entering. You can even hear the chest opening on ascending the stair case.
As to which ones you have done, as has been suggested, keep a list, write/type down ALL the areas of Kryta (except Orr and Southsun) and tick them off as you do them, or just type/write down the ones you visit. Some of the ballon chests are bugged, but unless you are exceptionally unfortunate, there is enough leeway to complete this with quite a few bugged chests. (I had 3 bugged, and hardly touched Ascalon on completion.)

Sorry, you after keep track…if you haven’t you will after backtrack or if you have 3 zones yet to explore do them, that’s 6 balloons and you only need 5…

Ok, since you have an odd number I’m guessing you got the bug where opening one chest in Queensdale makes the other chest “open” as well. I don’t know if they ever fixed that…?

So I think you are going to have to go to wiki and find 3 zones you have not yet been in (at 72 you should be able to handle most of them just fine) and open the balloons there.

Every zone except Southsun and the Orr maps has 2 towers, so there’s actually more then 30 towers. My advice is go to some zones you just plain haven’t been in yet, and get the towers there.
