Hi I tried searching the forums and couldn’t find anyone who posted about it yet. Im wondering what the Hot Air Balloon Souvenir does and if it is worth the time of finding all the locations.

Same as a kite just a mini hot air balloon instead.

Note that there are two Hot Air Balloons per zone (minus Home City, Southsun, and Orr). I just open map and look for the icon.

no this is purely an item only achieved through doing the achievement.

You get it by visiting and opening the chest at 30 towers.
